1) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Site, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

3) Products and Services
We offer fully custom, partially custom, and standard off-the-shelf products. Custom and partially custom products are made to customer specifications and are subject to the terms outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.
Product descriptions, images, colors, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. Because many products are handcrafted, variations may occur and do not constitute defects.
4) Orders, Pricing, and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, errors, or unauthorized transactions.
Prices, fees, and availability are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped.
5) Shipping and Delivery
Shipping terms, delivery estimates, insurance, international duties, taxes, and risk of loss are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
6) Returns, Refunds, and Warranty
Returns, refunds, and warranty coverage are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Products are covered by a 60-day manufacturer’s defect warranty unless otherwise stated. Except as required by law, all products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, designs, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Tiki Custom Rods and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
